What locals say

From the Spoooters who recommend it.

  • « An ancient plague burial ground, this place is chock full of dark history. At one point during the Black Plague, people were dying at such a rate that they had to start storing bones in the attic of the buildings because there was no space left in the cemetery itself. Creepy. Don’t miss the mummified cat at one of the entrances - they discovered it inside the walls of the building while dong renovations a few years back. It was said that if you closed a black cat - still alive! - inside the walls of your structure while building it, it would ward off evil spirits. Check the place out & tell me if it worked 🙀 »
